Thank you for choosing to donate to us. Our shops rely on your donations to help raise funds for the hospice. You can donate your items at any one of our 16 shops, and we also offer a furniture collection service.
Please do not leave donated items outside of the shop, as this is both a fire and a health and safety risk. If you are unsure of when you can drop off donations, please see our shop opening times or call your nearest shop to confirm.
Please note that we no longer offer a collection for general household items (including clothing, homeware, books and toys). We welcome your household donations at any one of our shops. Thank you for your continued support.

What we can collect
Before organising your collection, please check that:
- All furniture items are in good condition, clean and complete, and (where appropriate) that they work correctly.
- All upholstered furniture has a fire label attached. For sets (e.g., a three-piece suite, dining chairs and so on), each individual item must have its own fire label.
What we can’t collect
Due to the cost of providing a collection service, we only collect furniture that is suitable for sale in our specialist shops. Our drivers are briefed on items that are suitable, so please do not be offended if we are unable to accept your donation at point of collection.
We are unable to accept the following:
- Items that are ripped, torn or stained
- White goods
- Furniture showing evidence of woodworm
